Storage & Distribution Fees

We provide a personalised premium service with secure climate controlled storage from a central location (Convenient when collecting urgent samples, orders or tasting stock). Typically wine is moved to one of WineX Storage's facilities by the pallet. It is stored then delivered by the case when requested. The professionalism of our staff ensures that your wine is treated with great care and your clients with the respect they deserve.

Handling In              $1.65/case

Includes unloading wine, wine handling into the climate controlled storage facility, bar-coding of each case for stock control and delivery management and also maintaining up to date inventory of stock.

Handling Out            $6.00/case

Includes processing picking slip, adjusting stock for stock control, picking cases, labeling and addressing each case, attaching suppliers invoice (if Applicable) and delivery within the metropolitan area.

Extra Picks                $3.00/pick

Storage

Climate controlled 15-17 degrees and 65% to 75% humidity.

Standard Case $0.50/case/month
Half case $0.33/case/month

A cost effective storage solution

Under our rate schedule you only pay for the storage you use. For example if you had a pallet with 15 cases why pay the cost of a full pallet (64 cases) when you only need to pay for 15 cases. A number of our clients store their pallets in bulk storage at the winery or at economical pallet storage. When their distribution stock held with us begins to get low a pallet is transferred to us for distribution. With strict climate controlled personalised service and a full audit trail we make it easy for you.
